PolyOptimum sprang from the rich soil of California’s Silicon Valley in 1986 to program workforce management software for health and human services organisations

We accommodate corporate/government-wide rostering of the entire workforce across the broad range of awards, collective bargaining agreements and contractual obligations (volunteers and students too).

We far exceed other vendors in our focus on the Customer Experience, listening to customer needs, bringing our 30+ years of experience, being willing to adapt our software to address their issues and delivering on time and on budget.
